In November 2010 the IT Buddy scheme was launched at Oxhey Library.  The IT Buddy is a volunteer who will help people to do things on the computer which they do not have the confidence to tackle alone.  This will include things like using the scanner, searching the Internet and adding attachments to emails.

For complete beginners you can attend a computer course in the library run by West Herts College or ASCEND, or you can do one of the library run one hour taster sessions.
