Days Gone By

Barbara relates some of her memories of life in Oxhey Village in the 20s. She recalls her school life first at the school in London Road and then Oxhey School which she attended until she was eleven. She then returned to London Road, where the boys and girls were taught on different floors and even their playgrounds were separate! From there she moved to Watford Technical School which was the old public library in Queens Rd.
