September 2018

Following the development of Hallowes Crescent, the “Jet Site”, Ferndown Road / Maylands Road , the Bridlington Road Car Park and Station Approach, work is now well under way on the demolition of the North Side of the main shopping area in Prestwick Road / St Andrews Road.

March 2019

Work is progressing on the building of new shops and flats in Prestwick Road facing Tesco. Demolition is now taking place of the remainder of the Northside of the site at the junction of St Andrews Road and the area of Bridlington Road facing the Library and junction with Fairfield Avenue.
