Transcription of an Indenture concerning land at Watford Heath or thereabouts

This is a transcription of an Indenture between Richard Coleman of Watford and Edward Brent of St Olave in Southward and William Angell of the same parish, concerning land at Watford Heath, or thereabouts in 1661. 

The transcribers of this document asked the question, where exactly was this?  The History Sheet includes a letter written by Grant Longman of Bushey who provided information on Richard Coleman but he was unable to provide the answer as to where in Watford Heath this Indenture refers.
