Ex pupils and Oxhey residents gathered to hear David Reidy talk about his latest book “A history of Hampden School” on 9th October at Oxhey Library. David took the assembled audience from building through to demolition.
Those people who went to Hampden were happy to reminisce about their old school days. Many of us were shocked to hear about the pupils who were struck by lightening.
