Oxhey Memories

I came to Oxhey from Preston Road near Wembley. I lived in Carpenders Avenue then moved into South Oxhey in the Group Home. I got married in 1991 at All Saints Church and I moved into St Martin’s Close.

I am in South Oxhey choir and sang at Watford Colosseum and St Albans Abbey and in Oxhey precinct. Most recently we sang at Westminster Hall. Soon we are billed to appear at the Camden Roundhouse. We had to learn to sing in latin to sing Agnus Dei in eight weeks! We rehearse once a week for an hour and a half at Oxhey Wood School Hall.
